Kraig has been the absolute best to work with. He always assisted with getting us what we wanted. He was ALWAYS responsive and willing to meet at the house, even when it wasn’t convenient. He made me feel like we were his number one client.

Kraig was incredibly helpful throughout the process of buying my first home. He is extremely responsive and communicative, and I can not imagine the stress that I would have undergone going through this process without him. My homebuying experience included visiting over 15 properties and Kraig was great to work with regarding scheduling. My husband and I decided to return to our hometown York after 15 years in the South. We had very particular requirements in mind for a home where we could age in place. For 16 months Kraig patiently helped us find the perfect home in a not so great market.. We weren't easy clients. He responded to our many requests speedily, researched properties happily, and had a wealth of knowledge about resources and contractors we might use. No amount of work was too much nor number of showings too many or inconvenient. It was great having his positive encouragement through our slumps! We bought 8 homes in our 55 years of marriage. Kraig is easily the best realtor we had. We highly recommend him.

Kraig has all the attributes we want in a realtor - great judgement, thoughtful consideration of others, reads the room well, responds very promptly and never tires of questions.
