Kraig was extremely patient with us and very responsive during our homebuying journey. What started as a "Love it or List it" experiment (with us really not wanting to move) turned into a "we have no choice but to move," and he was supportive throughout that change of mindset. The house we ended up buying was not originally within our search scope...he knew us well enough to believe it would work well for us, and he was right.

Kraig, answered my phone calls promptly. He always took the time to answer my questions, and calm me down when I felt stressed or unsure. I never felt that I was imposing on him or his time. A class act!

Kraig was phenomenal. He met with us when we were first considering our move, and guided us through what house projects would get us the most leverage for our upcoming home sale. This saved us so much time, stress, money, and weekend labor. He also guided us through how to stage the home, what to expect, and made the buyer selection process simple and easy for us to understand. As first-time home sellers, his guidance and humor throughout the process gave us true peace of mind and made the process fun. He priced our home just right. We received 8 competitive offers over asking price in 3 days of showings. Job well done Kraig!

Such a quick and easy process

Kraig was my realtor when I bought my home on Wildon and it was never a thought to use anyone but Kraig when it came to selling my home 4 years later. He’s supportive, responsive and knowledgeable.

Kraig helped us find our dream home. He was patient with my neuroticism, and kept us calm and sane through the whole process. He helped us sell our old home and worked hard with us every step of the way. He is personable and charming and a really fantastic down to earth realtor. I couldn't imagine going through the process of selling a home with anyone other than Kraig.
