What separates Kraig from other realtors is his communication with his clients. He was in constant contact with us, and regardless of the time or day, would always respond to our texts or emails within minutes. Additionally, he streamlined so much of the tedious paperwork by using Dataloop which saved us considerable time when it came to signing documents. Moreover, Kraig made contact and set up service calls with a recommended HVAC company to make the small repairs that were needed prior to settlement. He literally made the entire selling experience stress free by taking care of all of the small details for us. Even though we only had the experience of working with Kraig for a couple of months, we would unequivocally recommend Kraig to anyone that needs a realtor. Over the past year, I have been thinking about building on to my first house or looking for new houses. When Kraig heard this news, he started sending me houses to purchase. I wasn't even really sure I wanted to move. As Kraig sent me listings, I did go see a few. Kraig would ask me what I thought and I would always find something wrong.
